Formally trained at Ohio University’s School of Film and E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, Susan has worked for 20+ years as a media creator, coordinating both studio and remote shoots with diverse collaborators, managing teams of videographers and editors, and optimizing social media channels with research-based knowledge of analytics and AI trends.
